Sports Rack Ltd. was founded in 1990 by skiers with a racing background and a desire to provide the highest level of service possible for skiers looking for quality equipment. We believe that all skiers, from those who ski two times a year or every day deserve equipment that works to maximize their enjoyment of the sport.
The staff here at Skiguys.com lives for the sport of nordic skiing. We always seem short handed on the weekends because all or our employees are out racing locally and nationally. We live in a community where you can see Olympians roller skiing down the roads on any given day. We work very closely with Sten Fjeldheim and his Northern Michigan University Ski team (who produced 4 Olympians at the 2006 games as well as one of the coaches), as well as many other elite skiers in the region and across the country.
We know what it's like to have a fast pair of skis, and want everyone to know the feeling. From our custom made digital flex testing machine (which is recalibrated anually), to our World Class Stone Grinds, we know how to make skis fast.
Terms and Conditions.
100% Satisfaction. We believe 100% in the products we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days from purchase date to return the product to us. Due to the nature of ski wax, this guarantee does not apply. However, you may return unused wax. Your satisfaction with your purchase is our main concern. This guarantee is in addition to any provided from the manufacturer. Under special circumstances our 100% Satisfaction policy may not apply (i.e., mounted skis and closeouts).
Manufacturer Warranty Terms and Conditions. Many companies offer a limited warranty on the products they make. Warranties vary by Manufacturer and product, so check with Manufacturer for the specific policy. Most Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear-and-tear, or other cosmetic blemishes such as chips and scratches in the paint. To file a warranty through Skiguys.com/Sports Rack Ltd you must have a sales reciept. The responsibility lies with you for having a store sales receipt, and without this receipt no replacement can be made. You are responsible for shipping the Warranty items to us and for shipping the product back to you. You may be charged for installation fees including but not limited to binding mounting or installing baskets and handles onto replacement shafts.
Item Availablilty
When Items are getting low we try our best to maintain an accurate inventory,
but at times our inventory may be off and we may be sold out of a particular
item. Our online inventory is updated at least daily, but between instore
business and mail orders, we may sell out of a particular item. If an item
becomes unavailable we will notify you imediately and back order if possible.
Some items such as close outs will not become available again.
