When will my order be shipped?
99.2% of all orders placed by 1:00 pm eastern time are shipped that same day. We will make every effort to ship your package no later than the next business day after your order was placed. Please keep this in mind when placing orders that need to arrive by a specific date. Skis being Stoneground, mounted, or waxed may take additional time.
When Will my FedEx SmartPost order arrive?
Delivery transit times will usually be between 3 and 8 business days, however SmartPost is not a guarenteed service. SmartPost is a service available from FedEx and United States Postal Service® (USPS). Your Package will begin it's journey with FedEx, be sorted though their SmartPost Processing Facilities, and be delivered to your local USPS Post Office. From there, USPS handles the delivery of your package.
When Will my Ground, 2Day, and Overnight order arrive?
FedEx and USPS do not count the day the order was picked up as a shipping day. Also your package will not move on Saturday, Sunday, and certain UPS and Fedex designated holidays. So if you order FedEx Overnight on a Monday, your order could arrive as late as Wednesday. 99.2% of all orders placed by 1:00 pm eastern time are shipped that same day.
Can you send to a PO Box?
Orders can be shipped to PO Boxes via USPS or FedEx Smart Post. If you select ground shipping, your package will be sent via Parcel Post. USPS Priority mail will arrive in 2 to 3 days to most locations, but this is not a guaranteed service. Please select 2Day shipping to receive this service.
Shipping outside of the Continental 48 States
ALASKA
Non-oversized packages will be $25, oversized packages that include skis and poles will be $35. Orders will ship by USPS. If you would like to use FedEx call for a quote.CANADA
Shipments to Canada with non-oversized packages will be $25, oversized packages that include skis and poles will be $35. If you order skis with boots (two separate boxes) Shipping will be $45. Orders will ship by USPS. We do not label packages as "Gifts". YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES!
EUROPE & AUSTRALIA
Shipments to Overseas will be charged at cost. Please Call or Email us with your shipping address for an accurate quote. Due to the oversized nature of Skis and Poles, WE CAN NOT SHIP SKIS OR POLES OVERSEAS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS DUTIES!
About Oversized Items:
In addition to the regular shipping fee, an oversize fee will be added to the order. You will only be charged for one oversized item, you can add additional oversized items for no extra shipping charge.
